Agreement to Terms
By using the services of QuickFixBa and QuickFix Computer Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services
We provide the following services:
- Computer, laptop, phone, and tablet repair
- Data recovery services
- Virus and malware removal
- Managed IT services for businesses
- Cybersecurity solutions
- Cloud services and migration
- Backup and disaster recovery
Repair Services Terms
Diagnostic Fee
We offer free diagnostics on all devices. There is no charge for evaluating your device.
Estimates
All repair estimates are provided before work begins. We will not proceed with repairs until you have approved the estimate.
Warranty
All repairs are covered by a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. This warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage occurring after repair
- Water or liquid damage occurring after repair
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
No Fix, No Fee
If we are unable to repair your device, you will not be charged for the repair. This policy does not apply to data recovery services where extensive work may be required regardless of outcome.
Device Pickup
Devices must be picked up within 30 days of repair completion. We will attempt to contact you prior to this deadline. Devices not picked up within 90 days may be recycled or disposed of, and we will not be liable for any data or property loss.
Data Backup
We strongly recommend backing up all data before bringing your device in for repair. While we take every precaution to protect your data, we cannot be held responsible for data loss that may occur during the repair process.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. For business IT services, payment terms are net-30 unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of QuickFixBa and is protected by copyright laws.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
